| Vacuum gas oil (VGO) Grade B, Type 3, TU 38.1011304-2004 produced by the Nizhnekamsk Refinery JSC TANECO. | As per framework export Contract, based on the mean of all mean quotations, published during the whole calendar month of Bill of Lading taking: 50% of the average of the Mean of the quotations for VGO 2% as published in PLATTS EUROPEAN MARKETSCAN under the heading FOB Rotterdam BARGE. Plus 50% of the average of the Mean of the quotations for VGO 2% as published in PLATTS EUROPEAN MARKETSCAN under the heading CIF Northwest Europe Cargo. The above price is based on a reference density of 0.840 MT/M3 at 15 deg C. The final price will be calculated by multiplying the above price by the reference density and subsequently dividing it by the actual density used to the quality shall be determined as per certificate of quality issued by independent inspector based on the analysis of the composite sample drawn from ship tanks at the port of loading before loading | 160000 |
