| Vacuum gas oil (VGO), Grade A,B, Type 3, TU 38.1011304-2004 produced by the Nizhnekamsk Refinery JSC TANECO. | P = B + D + T, where P – price for the Goods in US Dollars per metric ton; B – price basis: mean of all mean quotations, published during the whole calendar month of Bill of Lading taking 50% of the average of the Mean of the quotations for VGO 2% as published in PLATTS EUROPEAN MARKETSCAN under the heading FOB Rotterdam BARGE. Plus 50% of the average of the Mean of the quotations for VGO 2% as published in PLATTS EUROPEAN MARKETSCAN under the heading CIF Northwest Europe Cargo. D – trade differential in US Dollars for 1 metric ton of the Goods, defined on the basis of tender hosted on the Torg-i SPIMEX platform and stipulated in the Memorandum signed by the Parties;T-transport differential, in US dollars per 1 metric ton of the Goods; calculated on the basis of the Tariff Calculator of the JSC "SPIMEX" and equals for each delivery basis of the Goods respectively: CPT station Luzhskaya /CPT station Vysotsk - "0.00" USD / t; CPT station Avtovo - "-1.03" USD / t; CPT station Novorossiysk/CPT station Vyshesteblievskaya –“3.10" USD/t; CPT station Yeisk - "0.96" USD / t; CPT station. Kavkaz/CPT station Azov - "4.00" USD / t. The above price is based on a reference density of 0.840 MT/M3 at 15 deg C. The final price will be calculated by multiplying the above price by the reference density and subsequently dividing it by the actual density used to the quality shall be determined as per certificate of quality issued by independent inspector based on the analysis of the composite sample drawn from ex every 4th RTC at the destination station before discharging. | 30000 |
