Продукт: Сompound of lubricating oils as per STO 11605031-088-2015 produced at Nizhnekamsk TANECO refinery.
Условия ценообразования: As per framework export Contract, based on the mean of all mean quotations, published during the whole calendar month for which the Goods delivery was nominated. Calendar month for which the Goods delivery was nominated shall be the month of the first day of the 3-day loading window, nominated in accordance with lot:-50% of the average of the Mean of the quotations for VGO 0.5-0.6 % as published in PLATTS EUROPEAN MARKETSCAN under the heading BARGES FOВ Rotterdam. Plus 50% of the average of the Mean of the quotations for VGO 0.5-0.6 % as published in PLATTS EUROPEAN MARKETSCAN under the heading Cargoes CIF NWE/Basis ARA.The above price is based on a reference density of 0.840 MT/M3 at 15 deg C. The final price will be calculated by multiplying the above price by the reference density and subsequently dividing it by the actual density used to the quality shall be determined as per certificate of quality issued by independent inspector based on the analysis of the shiptank composite samples.

Описание груза: 130 000 MT in 6 500mt +/-5%is vessel lot sizes: 30 000мт+/-5% + 10 000т+/-5% in Supplier’s option - December 2020; 20 000мт+/-5% + 10 000т+/-5% in Supplier’s option - January 2021.20 000мт+/-5% + 10 000т+/-5% in Supplier’s option - February 2021.20 000мт+/-5% + 10 000т+/-5% in Supplier’s option - March 2021г. the Supplier shall nominate 3-day loading windows in the month of loading no later than the 25th day of the month preceding the month of loading onto vessel, or no later than 8 calendar days before the first day of the 3-day loading window.
