Plus 50% of the average of the Mean of the quotations for VGO 2% as published in PLATTS EUROPEAN MARKETSCAN under the heading CIF Northwest Europe Cargo. D – trade differential in US Dollars for 1 metric ton of the Goods, defined on the basis of tender hosted on the Torg-i SPIMEX platform and stipulated in the Memorandum signed by the Parties;T-transport differential, in US dollars per 1 metric ton of the Goods; calculated on the basis of the Tariff Calculator of the JSC "SPIMEX" and equals for each delivery basis of the Goods respectively:CPT station Luzhskaya /CPT station Vysotsk - "0.00" USD / t;CPT station Avtovo - "-1.03" USD / t;CPT station Novorossiysk/CPT station Vyshesteblievskaya –“3.10" USD/t;CPT station Yeisk - "0.96" USD / t;CPT station. Kavkaz/CPT station Azov - "4.00" USD / t. The above price is based on a reference density of 0.840 MT/M3 at 15 deg C.
